A retired USAF colonel and APRO investigator, Wendelle C. Stevens turns up again and again as a writer and investigator. October 1977. He visited Billy Meier in Switzerland and became lead investigator of the Pleiadian beamship case. He co-authored Contact from Reticulum, about Bill Herrmann's 1978 abduction in South Carolina, and UFO Contact From Undersea, about Filiberto Cárdenas. He also translated the 1986 English-language book on the Mirassol abduction. Critics note that he later served prison time for child-molestation offences, which some say weighs on his books.
