About Anomaly Watch

An entertainment archive of UFO / UAP sightings and stories, arranged on a timeline and told the way the witnesses described them. Every story links to every source we found and carries a reputability score with a visible breakdown. Some images, all narration and the 3D models are AI-generated; see the Terms of Service.

What is generated, and how we label it

  • Summaries and story text are compiled by an AI investigator from the listed sources, then reviewed by a person before publishing.
  • Images. A story's main image is a real photograph when one exists, otherwise a photorealistic AI recreation of the reported moment. Illustrations inside the narrated story are stylized. Generated images carry a small "AI recreation" or "AI illustration" mark; real photos are tagged Real photo.
  • 3D models are approximations built from the written description.
  • Spatial reconstruction placements show, for every parameter, whether it was reported by witnesses or guessed by us.
  • Narrated versions are dramatizations.

Reputability score

A simple, versioned heuristic: independent sources weighted by quality, witness count and credibility, physical or instrument evidence, and official investigations. It gives the benefit of the doubt: only a confirmed hoax costs a few points, and a proposed conventional explanation is noted on the story without lowering its score. Every story shows its own breakdown. The underlying signals are stored so the score can be recomputed when the weights change.
