A 23 year old farmer near São Francisco de Sales, Brazil. October 1957. Ploughing alone at night, Antônio Villas Boas said an egg shaped craft came down and his tractor stopped. Four small beings in grey suits carried him aboard, took blood from his chin and left him with a fair haired woman. Journalist João Martins and physician Olavo Fontes later recorded his account, and the case remains disputed. Later reports were often set beside it, among them the 1979 Mirassol abduction and Peter Khoury's 1992 encounter in Sydney.
