A writer, editor and translator for Flying Saucer Review, Gordon Creighton carried cases from many countries into English. His translations of the Antônio Villas Boas deposition ran in the magazine from 1965 to 1967. He also translated reports on the Vilvoorde humanoid, the José Antônio da Silva abduction and the Green Man of Talavera la Real. In 1962 he published the earliest documented version of the Greytown landing story. In the autumn of 1977 he sat in on the hypnosis sessions of the Aveley abduction. He also wrote the magazine's main report on the Hannah McRoberts photograph.
