A sceptic who writes in SUNlite, Tim Printy has offered his own readings of several classic cases. At Goose Bay in 1952, he matched one chase to Venus and suggested Altair fit December 15 better. He went through the Blue Book logs of the 1957 USCGC Sebago sighting. His view was that NICAP had merged a probable P2V patrol aircraft and a false target into one craft. In the 1991 Mexico City eclipse wave, he found tapes showing Venus, Regulus and Mars in the correct configuration. To him, the famous hyperjump was saturated pixels and a moving camera.
