A white shape over the Pacific in 2004. Cmdr. David Fravor described a Tic Tac object about 40 feet long, with no rotors and no wings, moving abruptly over the water like a ping pong ball near the USS Nimitz. Later that day, Lt. Cmdr. Chad Underwood filmed it with an ATFLIR pod, and he is credited with the name. The footage was published in 2017 during the AATIP revelation, and Fravor told the story again at the 2023 congressional whistleblower hearing. Two decades on, none of the radar data has been released.
