A former intelligence officer turned whistleblower. David Grusch left government service on April 7, 2023, days after the Department of Defense cleared his statements for public release. In May 2022, his lawyer, Charles McCullough III, had filed a whistleblower complaint with the Intelligence Community Inspector General. June 5, 2023. He spoke of a multi-decade crash retrieval programme he was denied access to, and of non-human biologics.
