Gary Anthony was a ufologist and consultant to BUFORA, and his name turns up in two British cases. March 1993, Cosford. Sceptics later pointed to the re-entry of a rocket body from Cosmos 2238, a Russian satellite. Anthony modelled its track over Ireland, Devon and Cornwall. In September 2005 he and David Clarke made the Freedom of Information request for Project Condign. Then, on 6 May 2006, Anthony, Clarke, Joe McGonagle and Andy Roberts told ufology discussion groups about the document. The Ministry of Defence released it on 15 May 2006.
