Frank Borman was Command Pilot of Gemini 7 and an officer of the US Air Force. December 4, 1965. Gemini 7 lifted off from Cape Kennedy with Borman and Jim Lovell on board. In orbit, Borman reported a bogey at ten o'clock high. Roach counted the sighting among the unexplained, beside McDivitt's cylinder from Gemini 4, though Borman later said it was not a UFO. Years later he was chief executive of Eastern Air Lines. When ghost stories spread after Flight 401, he called them garbage.
