A Navy F/A-18F pilot with VFA-11, the Red Rippers, flying out of Naval Air Station Oceana. From the summer of 2014, his squadron tracked strange objects off Virginia Beach almost daily. He described dark cubes inside a clear sphere, and an object that came within 50 feet of a lead aircraft. On the Gimbal video, he recalled a wedge of five or six objects. July 26, 2023. He testified at the House Oversight hearing alongside David Grusch and David Fravor. He later criticised the Mexican Congress Nazca bodies display and founded Americans for Safe Aerospace, which passed the Anoka police report to the FBI.
