Lt. Ryan Graves flew with VFA-11, the Red Rippers, out of Naval Air Station Oceana. From the summer of 2014 to March 2015, his squadron tracked strange objects over the Atlantic almost daily. He was not in the 2014 near miss off Virginia Beach. His squadron mates told him what happened, and he carried it up the chain of command. He also described a wedge of five or six objects in the GIMBAL case. July 26, 2023. Before a House Oversight subcommittee, he described a dark gray or black cube inside a clear sphere. He later founded Americans for Safe Aerospace, which passed the 2025 Anoka police report to the FBI.
