Canada's coin maker became an unlikely keeper of the country's UFO history. Starting in 2018, the Royal Canadian Mint issued a run of glow-in-the-dark silver coins honouring famous encounters. The first marked the Falcon Lake Incident. The Clarenville Event followed in 2020, designed by Fogo Island artist Adam Young. In 2021 came The Montréal Incident, for the Place Bonaventure sighting. In 2022 came The Yukon Encounter. Then 2024 brought The Langenburg Event, which shows Edwin Fuhr in his field facing five objects over the slough.
