MUFON released a 77-page report by Glen Schulze and Robert Powell, built on FAA and National Weather Service radar data obtained through FOIA requests. For the Ubatuba Magnesium Fragments, he and colleagues at the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies reported in 2022 that the magnesium isotope ratios fell within terrestrial limits. In the Chilean Navy infrared video debate, he placed flight IB6830 about 18 degrees east of the camera's field of view.
