The International UFO Congress is a gathering where researchers bring their cases before an audience. Its meetings have been held in more than one city. In 2002, in Laughlin, Nevada, Michael Hesemann showed a filmed interview with cosmonaut Vladimir Kovalyonok about his Salyut 6 sighting. May 2009 brought Istanbul's 3rd International UFO Congress. During it, Yalman filmed again over Kumburgaz while Dr. Roger Leir and 7 to 8 others watched. In February 2012, Gen. (ret.) Ricardo Bermúdez took the El Bosque Air Show case to the congress in Phoenix.
