A Pentagon voice on record. Susan Gough spoke for the Department of Defense as UAP footage and claims surfaced. In April 2021, after the USS Russell "pyramids" video was released, she confirmed that Navy personnel had taken the photos and videos. She added that the UAP Task Force had included the incidents in its ongoing examinations. In 2023, when a still from the Mosul Orb footage appeared, she declined to discuss intelligence matters. Later, on Jake Barber's "Egg" crash-retrieval video, she said AARO was aware of his claims and was investigating them.
