A Condon Committee investigator, Roy Craig worked on several of its best known cases. He studied the RB-47 radar encounter as Case 5. The crew remembered only "Fall 1957", and no records turned up. On 5 February 1968 he worked with Dow Chemical on the Ubatuba fragment and found 500 parts per million of strontium, which was most likely added on purpose. In December 1967 he went to Ashland with John Ahrens to look into Herbert Schirmer's account, and found no unusual radioactivity. He also wrote Case 22 on Falcon Lake.
