Micah Hanks is a journalist at The Debrief who turns up as a commentator on several cases. He reported on the hearing where AARO Director Jon T. Kosloski showed the Senate the 2018 Mt. Etna footage. In that clip, an object seemed to fly straight through a volcanic plume. On the 2022 Middle East silver orb, he pointed back to a 2019 Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory report. It described a round silver drone that could stop and hover. His point was simple. Not every metallic sphere has to be a balloon. On the 2013 Heathrow near miss, he linked the silver shape to the ghost rocket tradition.
