A psychologist and reserve Brazilian Air Force aviator-officer. Húlvio Brant Aleixo founded and led CICOANI, a civilian investigation centre in Belo Horizonte. In 1962 he investigated the disappearance of Rivalino Mafra da Silva at Duas Pontes. His report went into the Brazilian Air Force files. In the Sagrada Família Cyclops encounter he held more than 15 interviews, and the SBEDV published his report in 1968. May 11, 1969. He first interviewed the soldier José Antônio da Silva in the Bebedouro case, and in 1973 Flying Saucer Review carried his account to English readers.
