Rubén Lianza was a retired Argentine Air Force commodore. In the Bariloche case he is named as head of the Centro de Identificación Aeroespacial (CIAE). That case began on July 31, 1995, when Captain Jorge Polanco of flight AR 674 saw an object pace his Boeing 727. Earlier, in 1986, Lianza took aerial photographs of the burned oval on Cerro Pajarillo near Capilla del Monte. Measured from his photographs, it came to 115 × 57 m. In July 2017 he turned to the Aguadilla video of 2013. On Metabunk he proposed that the object was a pair of heart-shaped sky lanterns, likely released at a wedding party.
