Daniel Otis

Daniel Otis was a journalist with VICE World News who went back to Canadian sighting records in 2021. In April 2021 he wrote about commercial pilots reporting UFOs over Canada, which brought the 2015 Lumsden Halo back into view. He also looked at the 2016 Porter Airlines Flight 204 encounter again, using CADORS records. June 2021. Otis found the former military policeman who had written the 2007 CFB North Bay report. The man spoke without giving his name and said he had been teased for reporting what he saw.
