This scan from the Arquivo Nacional holds a 22 May 1996 article from the Brazilian magazine ISTOÉ by Luiza Villaméa about the Varginha ET case. It recounts the claim by three young women that they saw a creature in Jardim Andere on 20 January 1996, a farm couple's sighting of an object, and ufologists' allegations that the Army captured the beings.
