This Federal Bureau of Investigation FD-302 interview record, dated February 2026, documents a videoconference interview with a witness whose name is redacted. The witness described coming home at about 9:15 PM and seeing a brilliant red sphere about one meter wide hovering below the tree line in their backyard, with a white plasma-like center. A second, identical orb appeared, and the pair moved silently west in tandem before seeming to merge into one. A video of the orbs was attached, and weeks later the witness saw several white orbs pass overhead.

This FD-302 records a February 2026 interview with a U.S. person, in which they described incidents potentially involving unidentified anomalous phenomena. The subject matter described in files FBI-UAP-D009 and FBI-UAP-D010 and depicted in the video footage FBI-UAP-PR004 corresponds to reports originating from the same general area in the northeastern United States.
