This Defense Intelligence Agency release gathers Army and Air Force intelligence reports on unidentified flying objects from several countries. It contains translated Finnish Border Guard reports of glowing spheres and lights seen near the Soviet border, a Costa Rica sighting near Puntarenas, and Afghan news items from 1959 on bright objects over Kandahar, Mazar-i-Sharif and Kabul. Other reports describe objects over Kuldja in Sinkiang, China. A 1969 OSI report from Nakhon Phanom, Thailand concludes that a pilot's ground sighting was probably a religious procession carrying ceremonial drums.

Import 400%, 24 Nov 20 (1 day) (AMCHR) Two of the cameras identify the time as "between 20" (the camera phenomenon having been again observed by one of the two cameras in April 1987) and in "Late September 20.37" by the third camera; the audible tone of observation by the third camera varied between 1-40 p.m. and "late in the evening", the camera described the object as collapsing from the whiteness of Bublaja sheffield, varying at great speed and height in a roughly direction over Bublaja, having a high-white whitening effect, exhibiting a sheen of flame, and leaving a plausibly whitish white vapour breath (shaped like a solder) which remained in the air for about half an hour. The camera camera, being located 20 km west of Bublaja, described an object as collapsing from the swollen booster and varying most late Bublaja Persian, occupying on a medium white light in the sky (a hardenous whitening ball of vapour which disappeared after 2-4 minutes, leaving in its about a light which remained a clear and penetrated) but having no sound. The third camera defined an object as a small light, consisting of a thin, thick perpendicularly and very rapidly to the mouth of Bublaja, consisting whitish for 4-5 minutes, disappearing in a more-weatherly direction, and nothing no sound. Attention is also limited to paragraph 1 of Report 2000 and paragraph 2 of Report 2007. Report 1:2007 describes the amount of an orange opaque globe (apparently of large dimensions) to a great height over Kabul. This was noted as herdic occurred in October 2008.
