This Central Intelligence Agency file, dated 29 September 1975, collects Office of Security memoranda written while the Senate Select Committee was investigating the Agency. Staff were told to alert former employees about possible committee contact over Project MERRIMAC/RESISTANCE, and the file answers committee questions about Hayes International and Bay of Pigs pilots. It also records staff interviews about CIA name checks at NSA and a Justice Department request for records on domestic electronic surveillance. It contains no material on UFOs.
Yates oenv t 7; A favorable background investigation of Subject was completed in 1949. An extensive polygraph of Subject was conducted on 7 October 1955, and Subject's association with her brother and his in~laws was satisfactorily resolved to the Office of Security's satisfaction. Attached as Tab A is a copy of the 7 October 1955 polygraph of Subject. 8. Subject's husband was last reinvestigated in July 1969. This reinvestigation included neighborhood coverage, however, none of the neighbors appeared to know Subject's husband. National Agency Checks only were completed on Subject in April 1969. 9. In connection with Subject's current use by Counter- intelligence, an up—to-date Personal History Statement was requested for Subject. An up-to-date PHS dated 16 May 1975 has been received and consideration is being given to bringing Subject‘s investigation up-to-date. EYES omv
