This Central Intelligence Agency listing, dated 27 January 1991, catalogs Soviet radio and television broadcasts monitored from Moscow that day. Most items concern the Gulf War, Foreign Minister Bessmertnykh's visit to the United States, unrest in the Baltic republics, and the withdrawal of 50 and 100 ruble notes. A few entries touch on UFOs, including a Tashkent UFO report and a television segment on the "Perm triangle," a photograph with a circular object, and a parallel world theory.
