This is a 1946 letter from the Swedish naval attaché in Helsinki to the Foreign Department of the Swedish Defence Staff (Försvarsstaben, Utrikesavdelningen), logged on 19 August 1946. With it the attaché sent a clipping from Hufvudstadsbladet and noted that the newspapers were mentioning "ghost rockets" over Finland for the first time in a long while. According to the letter, the phenomenon was seen to the southeast from Brunnsparken on 13 August at 23.30 Finnish time.
