This Project Blue Book index page, hosted by NICAP and undated, lists UFO reports by location, observer and Air Force evaluation. Entries run from Tempe, Arizona and Oak Ridge, Tennessee to Newfoundland, Alaska, China and California. Evaluations include Insufficient Data, Balloon, Meteor, Hoax, Fireworks, Chaff and several UNIDENTIFIED. Some cases are marked missing, some are kept in separate folders, and a note says no physical specimens are included.
