George Knapp, chief investigative reporter for KLAS-TV in Las Vegas, submitted this written testimony for the House Committee on Oversight's September 9, 2025 hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. He argues that government documents contradict what officials tell the public, and says crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs are real. He cites sources including Bob Lazar, Senators Reid, Cannon and Goldwater, Al O'Donnell, and James Lacatski on AAWSAP and Kona Blue. He also describes Soviet UFO programs, including a 1982 incident at a Ukrainian missile base.
