This is a written statement to Congress by George Knapp, chief investigative reporter for KLAS TV in Las Vegas, addressed to Rep. Burchett and a committee and dated July 2023. Knapp describes his 1993 interviews in Moscow about a ten-year Soviet military UFO study, including a reported incident at an ICBM base in Ukraine. He also explains that Senator Reid's $22 million funded AAWSAP, a DIA program run with Bigelow's contractor, and not AATIP. He urges Congress to seek AAWSAP's unreleased research papers.
