The witness described a low, silent, translucent triangle about the size of a large SUV, surrounded by a haze or distortion, with a silverish blue band of light on its trailing edge. The witness, who said they were familiar with USAF aircraft, reported that the object crossed the sky in about four seconds and matched nothing they had seen before.
This Federal Bureau of Investigation FD-302 interview report, drafted in October 2025, records a witness's account of an October 2023 evening sighting near Colorado Springs. The witness described a solid black equilateral triangle with a red light at each corner emerging from a stationary, pixelated dark-gray cloud. This 2023 U.S. Department of War document describes four unidentified object sightings by federal law enforcement special agents in the Western U.S. Three two-agent teams described orange orbs releasing smaller red orbs at dusk over two days. The document also covers a large, fiery orb near a rock pinnacle, a dark kite-shaped object that moved off a road in a restricted zone, and a possibly transparent kite-shaped object. It notes AARO's later distance and size measurements but draws no conclusions.
This declassified U.S. Air Force mission report (MISREP) from the 389th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron covers a two-ship F-15E defensive counter air flight flown from Muwaffaq Salti Air Base under Operation Inherent Resolve on 21 February 2023. Near Shaddadi, Syria, the aircrew reported radar jamming at FL270, which the report attributes to a Turkish X-band jammer. They also observed three possible UAP at FL240 with no radar returns and later one possible balloon at FL210. USCENTCOM declassified the report for AARO in October 2025.
This declassified U.S. Air Force mission report (MISREP), filed by the 77th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron under Operation Inherent Resolve, covers a two-ship F-16CM defensive counter-air sortie flown from Prince Sultan Air Base on 31 March 2023. During the mission the flight saw possibly 10 to 20 bright objects moving quickly from west to east. Each one stayed on the targeting pod for about 20 seconds before it dimmed and disappeared. An analyst note says the pod images of the objects differed from those of a star. USCENTCOM declassified the report for AARO in October 2025.
This Federal Bureau of Investigation interview record from September 2023 describes a sighting by a witness driving east to a test site to gather LiDAR test data, with colleagues following in other vehicles. The witness saw a bright white light hover over the horizon, move to the right and vanish after about ten seconds, estimated ten to twenty miles away, with no vehicle interference. The witness thought it might have been a meteor burning up. The FBI notes the document contains no recommendations or conclusions.
This is a two-page FBI FD-302 interview record, redacted, from an interview held in September 2023. The interviewee had been working with contractors on a special project and had restricted the airspace for tests. That morning, while driving through a gate that had trouble opening, the interviewee saw a silent, cigar-shaped, metallic bronze object with an intensely bright light. It was about the length of two or three Blackhawk helicopters and vanished after five to ten seconds. A passenger in a second vehicle said he saw it too, and no photos were taken.

A witness says the object kept the same size and brightness while it was watched, and their vehicles showed no interference. One person was annoyed because the airspace had been restricted for planned drone tests. The witness says they were shaken that night, checked whether the hotel TVs were out during a storm, and slept badly for two nights afterward.
This is a U.S. military mission report (MISREP) filed by the 33rd Special Operations Squadron for an ISR flight on 27 October 2023 under USCENTCOM. The aircraft took off from LGLR, flew a 13 hour 30 minute mission and landed at OJMS. It records one possible UAP, seen at 0035Z flying just above the ocean surface and making multiple 90 degree turns at an estimated 80 mph. The object was described as seemingly circular and solid, and the observer assessed it as benign. USCENTCOM declassified the report on 22 January 2026 and released it to AARO.
This is a U.S. mission report (MISREP) filed by the 33rd Special Operations Squadron under USCENTCOM. It covers a 20-hour ISR flight that took off from and landed at LGLR on 28 and 29 October 2023. The crew carried out full motion video collection and saw no activity tied to their collection requirements. At 0811Z they reported one possible UAP flying just above the ocean toward land. They described it as seemingly circular, solid, benign and not under intelligent control, with an estimated speed of 30 mph, before losing it from their feed. USCENTCOM declassified the report in January 2026 and approved it for release to AARO.
This is a U.S. mission report (MISREP) from the 50th Attack Squadron covering an Operation Spartan Shield ISR sortie flown out of Al Dhafra (OMAM), United Arab Emirates, on 24 October 2023. USCENTCOM declassified it on 12 September 2025. The aircraft collected SIGINT and imagery for NAVCENT and got a professional guard call from Iranian air defense. The crew logged two UAP sightings, at 0241Z and 0322Z. Both were judged benign and solid, and neither showed maneuverability or intelligent control.
This declassified U.S. Central Command mission report (MISREP) covers a U.S. Air Force ISR flight under Operation Inherent Resolve on 9 November 2023, released to AARO after a mandatory declassification review in June 2025. Heavily redacted entries describe full motion video and SIGINT collection against vehicles and persons of interest. While returning to base at 2153Z, the crew saw a solid UAP shaped like a bouncy ball that passed their aircraft at about 424 knots for seven minutes. They judged it benign and no threat.
On March 6, 2026, eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives requested access to 51 potentially UAP-related records allegedly held by the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. AARO assesses that this video, whose uploader-defined title is, “USCG C-144 Tyndall UAP 1 TIC TAC IR hot 24 April 2024,” is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. Coast Guard platform operating in the Southeastern United States in 2024.
