of the ident ity of the interv iewing agents and the nature of the interview ,
- provided the following information :
- - frequentl y watches aircraft , mi l itary, commercia l a nd c i v ilian
fly in the airspace above and around Colorado Spri ngs.
On October . , 2023 between 8-9:30PM, - was
- - wal ked over to his co- worker named
- and began l ooking up , admi ring the stars on a clear n i ght.
As - l ooked up , he not i ced a very bright star in the sky , which
initiall y drew his attention. - was observ i ng the star for about 5- 10
seconds when he noticed movement in his l eft peripheral vision. -
looked further up and to his left and saw what appeared to be a dark- gray
