Revista UFO is a Brazilian publication that turns up again and again in the country's major cases. It was founded by Ademar José Gevaerd, who travelled from Paraná to look into the Morenão Stadium sighting of 1982. In 2009 Marco Antonio Petit wrote about the newly released files on VASP Flight 169 in its pages. Those files included CINDACTA reports and radio transcripts. Carlos Pereira, a MUFON member, covered Haroldo Westendorff's 1996 pyramid over Lagoa dos Patos for the magazine. In 2016 Revista UFO marked twenty years of that case.
