This is a two-section unclassified Air Force message sent on 5 August 1965 by the 2854th Air Base Group at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, to Wright-Patterson AFB, USAF and other recipients under AFR 200-2. It reports four bluish-white objects that a control tower supervisor watched through binoculars for about 1.5 hours on 2 August 1965. The 746th squadron made radar contact with one object near Norman. The message notes many sightings across the Oklahoma City area and gives weather balloons and/or known aircraft as the preliminary cause.
