FD-302, “Large Triangle with Red Lights,” 2023
This Federal Bureau of Investigation FD-302 interview report, drafted in October 2025, records a witness's account of an October 2023 evening sighting near Colorado Springs. The witness described a solid black equilateral triangle with a red light at each corner emerging from a stationary, pixelated dark-gray cloud. It then accelerated almost instantly to possibly Mach 1 or 2 and banked abruptly without sound. The witness's wife said his voice sounded robotic on a phone call made shortly afterward.

This FD-302 records an October 2025 interview with a U.S. Person, in which the interviewee describes an incident potentially involving unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in October 2023.
