This Federal Bureau of Investigation electronic communication on form FD-1057, dated November 2024, records a surveillance visit by Special Agents to a private home. The resident had reported Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) over the previous three years. From the patio, agents watched pulsing white, blue and red lights moving erratically at or below tree-top height, and one bright white light above a red light. Their photos were mostly blurry, and the document reaches no conclusion about what the lights were.

This document is an FBI FD-1057, a form the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) uses to record investigative activity. This FBI FD-1057 documents first-hand observations made by two FBI special agents’ during the course of an ongoing investigation in November 2024. The subject matter described in files FBI-UAP-D004 through FBI-UAP-D008 and depicted in the video footage FBI-UAP-PR001 through FBI-UAP-PR003 corresponds to reports originating from the same general area in the northeastern United States.
♦♦ Observations ■ 11/- 2024 was later determined that a tripod or other stable platform would be required as the long e xposure of the camera aperture would not yield clear images. IIII At approximately 5: 15pm, - - and - arr i ved home, Agents and - went inside b riefly to meet them before returning to the patio . • At approximately 5:30pm, SA - and SA - observed what they believed to be a UAP in the same location of that SA - had seen the possible UAP. The UAP appeared as a bright white light above a bright red light at the far end of the pond hovered at a approximately tree- top height , moved quickly from right to left , d isappeared, then re appeared simultaneously where it had first appeared, moved quickly from right to l eft and disappeared again. Both Agents observed this activity . • Agents and - remained on the patio and backyard, observing activity until approximately 6:10pm before going back inside - home to download the most recent photos and videos - had taken of activity behind 1111 residence ■ Agents discontinued surveillance and departed - home at approximately 6 : 15pm . 4
