A PAROC intelligence data analysis technician with 15 AF / DET 1 answers an Information Disclosure Analyst's request to approve releasing the year of the incident. The approved unclassified text states that on 31 October 2024 a U.S. aircraft observed a possible UAP that appeared oval or orb shaped. The object was likely moving at low speed and was watched for more than two hours.
