This Office of the Secretary of Defense FOIA release (23-F-0949) contains May 2023 emails and an agenda for the inaugural Five Eyes (FVEY) UAP Caucus, held at the Pentagon on 24 May 2023. The meeting was hosted by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. It brought together AARO, ODNI, FAA, NASA and partners from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Planned discussion topics included networks for sharing UAP reporting, shared sensor databases, collection planning and a framework for future collaboration.
