This National Security Agency release, of unknown date, collects communications intelligence (COMINT) message excerpts classified Secret Spoke and Top Secret Umbra. The messages report radar tracking of unidentified flying objects, giving times, directions of movement, distances and altitudes ranging from about 10,000 to 100,000 feet. Most entries describe the objects as probably balloons. The locations of the tracking are redacted, and some serial lines refer to March and April 1979.
