NRC UFO FOIA release (2021)

This is a 2021 US Nuclear Regulatory Commission response to FOIA request NRC-2021-000177 from John Greenewald, published by The Black Vault. The request sought UAP and UFO records collected since 1975. Only NRC Region I found responsive records. The release includes a 1984 request from Citizens Against UFO Secrecy about a reported July 14, 1984 boomerang-shaped object over the Indian Point nuclear plant, along with the NRC's reply that it had no such documents. It also contains 2015 NRC emails about an unidentified object seen near the Pilgrim plant.
