Navy range fouler reports (mirror)

This Black Vault mirror compiles heavily redacted, SECRET//REL TO USA, FVEY Navy "Range Fouler Reporting Forms" dated from 2004 to 2021. The first form covers a 14 November 2004 event about 30 nautical miles off Mexico, southwest of San Diego, involving the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group. It describes a solid white, smooth object about 46 feet long with no wings, and notes that reporting ended at 3rd Fleet. Later forms describe unidentified small aircraft, suspected UAS and a near mid-air collision.
