This letter from the Department of the Navy's DON FOIA/PA Program Office, dated September 6, 2022, responds to John Greenewald of The Black Vault regarding his FOIA request for all "Range Fouler" debrief forms filed with the U.S. Navy since January 1, 2017. The office says it contacted the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and will release the forms on a rolling basis in the DON FOIA Reading Room. It also waives processing fees and explains dispute resolution options.
