This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report records UAP activity over Washington, DC at 0400 Eastern on February 4, 2024. National Airport's air traffic control tower reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon made up of three lights flying around at flight level 300, east of DCA. The report notes that ATC radar did not detect the UAP and that no aircraft were involved.
