This Federal Aviation Administration record, part of a Department of Transportation release, is a preliminary FAA operations report for January 19, 2024. It says Memphis ARTCC advised that NetJets 466, an Embraer E55P flying from STL to LBX, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon on its right side. The aircraft was southbound at FL400, 3 miles east of Thayer, Missouri. According to the report, the crew took no evasive action and law enforcement was not notified.
