This Federal Aviation Administration record, part of a 2023 Department of Transportation release, covers UFO/UAP activity on December 22, 2023 at 9:15 PM MST near Pocatello, Idaho. Preliminary information from FAA operations says Salt Lake City ARTCC advised that American 2003, an A21N flying from Dallas-Fort Worth to Seattle, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at its 12 o'clock position. The flight was northeast bound at FL340, 41 miles south-southwest of Pocatello. No evasive action was taken and law enforcement was not notified.
