This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers unidentified aerial phenomenon activity near Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, on November 8, 2023, at 8:55 PM CST. Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center reported that multiple aircraft saw a UAP changing altitude erratically at flight levels 280, 340 and 450, about 80 miles northwest of ARG.
