This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary report from FAA operations logs a UFO/UAP event near Yardley, Pennsylvania, on November 3, 2023 at 8:10 PM EDT. New York ARTCC said the pilot of N822NG, a Pilatus PC-12 flying from FRG to PDK, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon 1,200 feet above the aircraft while southwest bound at FL190. The pilot said its lights showed it was an aircraft. The facility saw it as a primary-only radar target that was not talking to ATC.
