This Federal Aviation Administration record from the Department of Transportation is a preliminary report on UFO/UAP activity dated October 24, 2023. It says Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center relayed a report from Air Transport 3331, a Boeing 767 flying from Lakeland to San Bernardino. The crew saw a UFO 2,000 feet below them while heading east at flight level 410, about 115 miles west of St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida. No evasive action was reported, and law enforcement did not need to be notified.
