This Federal Aviation Administration record, released by the Department of Transportation in 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report on UFO/UAP activity dated September 5, 2023. It says Memphis ARTCC advised that Delta 574, a B752 flying from San Francisco to Atlanta, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off its left side. The aircraft was eastbound at FL370, 50 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia. The crew took no evasive action, and the report does not say whether law enforcement was notified.
