This Federal Aviation Administration record, released by the Department of Transportation, logs a UFO/UAP report from August 28, 2023. Preliminary FAA operations information says Washington ARTCC advised that United 1560, a B38M flying from San Jose, Costa Rica to Newark, reported a large white unidentified aerial phenomenon at its 9 o'clock position. At the time the flight was northbound at 11,500 feet near Philadelphia. No evasive action was reported, and New Jersey State counter terrorism was notified.
