This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report from 2023 covers UFO/UAP activity seen on August 26, 2023, about 70 miles east-northeast of El Paso, Texas. Albuquerque ARTCC advised that United 1491, a flight from IAH to LAS cruising westbound at FL360, observed flying white objects between FL340 and FL400. Six other flights reported the same phenomenon, which was presumed to be Starlink satellites. No evasive action was taken, and no law enforcement notification was reported.
